General Camp Information

Bicycle riding is as natural as walking, or at least it used to be – nearly always being followed by the words “race ya!” as neighborhood friends enjoyed the freedom of their bikes until the street lights came on.

The Napa BMX Camp, led by Napa’s very-own Olympic Bronze Medalist, Donny Robinson, is ready to show new generations just how much fun riding (and racing) bicycles can be; only this time, it’s done at North Bay BMX’s more-exciting dirt course, filled with manageable turns and obstacles.

Riders will enjoy five days worth of fun-in-the-sun, among their peers, in a family-friendly environment, riding and raving about the fun that two wheels provide! No experience is necessary and riders can choose to bring their own bikes & helmets, or our use demo fleet of bikes & helmets for FREE.

Open to new & Beginner-level riders, and current/past BMX League participants, 3-15 years of age (35-rider max). Participants must be able to ride a pedal bike, without training wheels, and have a basic ability to make it over small dirt obstacles.

*North Bay BMX’s FREE Community Ride events on Saturdays is the perfect time to gauge your rider’s comfort.

Participants will also receive an official camp jersey and personalized name plate with their tuition to commemorate their two-wheeled experience.

Other Info…

• Although welcomed to attend, parents do NOT need to be present during camp hours.

• Loaner bikes & helmets (if needed) are FREE to use (items are disinfected after each use).

• Snacks/drinks are NOT provided. Please come prepared.

• Pants, long-sleeved shirts and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

• Additional details will be provided, via email, prior to the start date.
